What types of mushrooms do you offer?

We offer a range of exotic culinary mushrooms, including fresh varieties like lion’s mane, maitake, shiitake, and oyster mushrooms, as well as dried mushrooms, mushroom powders, and seasonal truffles.

How do your subscriptions work?

Our subscription service delivers curated boxes of fresh mushrooms, dried mushrooms, seasonings, and truffles to your door every month. You can choose from different tiers based on your culinary needs and preferences, and you can update your subscription anytime.

Can I customize my subscription box?

Yes, you can request specific items or change your tier by logging into your account and updating your preferences. We do our best to accommodate customization requests within the available seasonal products.

What is the shelf life of your fresh and dried mushrooms?

Fresh mushrooms should be consumed no longer than 5–7 days from the delivery date for the best flavor, while dried mushrooms have a shelf life of up to a year if stored in a cool, dry place. We include storage tips in each box to help you maintain freshness.

How should I store my mushrooms?  

Fresh mushrooms are best stored in the refrigerator in a paper bag or a container that allows airflow. Dried mushrooms and seasonings should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, to preserve their flavor and potency.

Are your tinctures and seasonings organic? 

Yes, we prioritize using organic ingredients in all our tinctures, seasonings, and mushroom products whenever possible to ensure the highest quality for our customers.

Can I order a single chef box without a subscription?  

Absolutely! Our chef boxes are available for one-time purchases as well, allowing you to explore our curated selection of exotic mushrooms, seasonings, and specialty ingredients whenever you choose. However, you save money overall by choosing the subscription option.

Do you offer grow kits for home cultivation? 

Yes, we offer mushroom grow kits so you can cultivate select mushroom varieties at home. Each kit comes with instructions and all necessary materials to get you started on your mushroom-growing journey.

How do I use mushroom tinctures and powders?

Mushroom tinctures are great additions to beverages or taken directly for wellness benefits, while powders can be added to soups, smoothies, and sauces for a nutritional boost and added umami flavor.

Do you offer gift options or gift subscriptions?  

Yes! You can purchase a one-time chef box as a gift, or set up a subscription as a thoughtful, unique gift for any mushroom lover. Just select "Gift Option" at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest!

What is your return or refund policy?
